Madison Logic Expands Ad Offerings, Acquiring Platform BNN
Consumer purchase insights provider Madison Logic has acquired ad platform BNN to build up the data specialist’s targeting capabilities and expand its relationships with publishers.
Madison Logic aggregates data about visitors to publications that are likely to draw corporate purchasers, such as Forbes, and then uses that information to help its own clients, which include Google and IBM, sell to those customers elsewhere online. The new addition of BNN’s ad platform is designed to deepen its own existing data collection.
