Where’s B2B Marketing Headed to This Year

By Madison Logic Team

Dennis Syracuse, CMO & GM at Madison Logic presents an infographic on what industry leaders foresee for B2B marketers in 2016 – rise of cross-channel approach and predictive data being just 2 key insights

A fortnight into the New Year, are you wondering how prepared is your business for what’s on the horizon this year? Madison Logic created an infographic highlighting the B2B marketing predictions for 2016 to help you.

Based on thoughts from industry leaders, it provides stats that give insights into the future of the marketing technology landscape and how we’ll see it shift in 2016.

While 51 percent of marketing executives report that their marketing technologies and data aren’t integrated, this year many marketers are resolving to take a cross-channel approach by creating more cohesive marketing experiences for consumers. In addition, acquisitions and all-in-one solutions will reduce the number of vendors within the marketing technology landscape this year.
Eighty-four percent of top performing businesses will use marketing automation in 2016, and this year we expect predictive data, aka “intent data,” to be the differentiator as it moves from “nice-to-have” data to data that drives business. Programmatic will help open up a world of data, inventory, and creative messaging with enhanced KPIs beyond the traditional CTR.
While ad blockers grew as much as 400 percent last year, native advertising will help marketers mitigate the damage done by the growing number of ad-blockers this year.
